Practice Focus

Devin is an associate partner in the firm’s Business Law and Commercial Real Estate Groups with a focus on commercial transactions, real estate, and banking and finance matters. He has broad experience in the conduct of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, professional practice transactions, business combinations, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Devin works closely with the firm’s Tax + Estate Planning group in the conduct of the sale of businesses, professional corporations, and complex planning transactions.

Devin represents private and public clients in the purchase and sale, development, leasing and financing of commercial, industrial and residential developments. On the banking side, he represents both lenders and borrowers, assisting them in debt financing and secured and unsecured lending transactions in a broad spectrum of complexity and size.

Devin places a high standard on client service and relationships, and is dedicated to providing effective and timely advice to his clients.
