Practice Focus

Cameron is an associate with the firm’s Business Law and Business Litigation groups assisting clients by advising on and implementing strategic business initiatives.

With the firm’s Business Law group, Cameron has experience in the conduct of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, business combinations, divestitures and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

With the firm’s Business Litigation group, Cameron has experience in the conduct of effective dispute resolution, including at both the shareholder and management levels, advising on corporate governance concerns and assisting clients in developing prudent corporate governance practices.

Cameron also works closely with the firm’s Tax + Estate Planning group in the conduct of the sale of businesses and complex planning transactions.
