SNC Law & Moodys Welcome New Associate Partners
Shea Nerland Calnan LLP and its affiliate Moodys Tax Advisors LLP are pleased to announce that three of their associates have accepted positions within the two firms as associate partners – Devin Mylrea, LLB, Matt Clark, JD, and Roberto Domagas, CA.
Devin Mylrea, LLB, practices in SNC Law’s Business Law and Commercial Real Estate Groups with a focus on commercial transactions, real estate, and banking and finance matters. He has broad experience in the conduct of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, professional practice transactions, business combinations, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Devin works closely with SNC Law’s Tax + Estate Planning group and with Moodys Tax Advisors in the conduct of the sale of businesses, professional corporations, and complex planning transactions. Devin represents private and public clients in the purchase and sale, development, leasing and financing of commercial, industrial and residential developments. On the banking side, he represents both lenders and borrowers, assisting them in debt financing and secured and unsecured lending transactions in a broad spectrum of complexity and size. Devin places a high standard on client service and relationships, and is dedicated to providing effective and timely advice to his clients. Devin has been with SNC Law since 2003.
Matt Clark, JD, practices in SNC Law’s Tax and Estate Planning group. Matt focuses exclusively on tax and estate planning. He is well versed in all areas of Canadian tax law. Matt also has significant experience in successfully resolving controversies before the Canada Revenue Agency, as well as representing clients before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. Matt has been with SNC Law since 1999.
Roberto Domagas, CA, is a tax specialist who has worked on corporate tax reorganizations ranging from $10-200 million of assets. He has completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course, is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society, and has lectured for a number of organizations on tax and estate planning. Roberto has been with Moodys Tax Advisors since its inception in 2007.
